I ordered a double strawberry sprite no ice large. The car hop made me feel like I was an inconvenience. My drink was only 3 quarters of the way full. I asked why cup wasnt full? Said they bring another and they all stood inside staring at me. I wont event stop there again. I threw the drink away. Afraid they spit in it IDK. Sad people can't just do a job. It was a simple drink horrible customer service!
I've never had a bad experience with my food or service. Good and warm and quick service.
Really slow service. Don't listen to any thing you say. I order a shake w/out whipped cream or a cherry. They brought it out after a 20 minute wait, they weren't very busy, and they shake had both the cherry and whipped topping on it.
While the food was good the wait was not. Only 1 car hop on during happy hour. Shouldn't take 20 minutes to get a Coke.
We ordered the chicken dinners, which is advertised to have onion ring along with the tater tots. They forgot the ranch dipping sauce we requested and there were no onion rings. After we called back in they brought us the sauce but advised that they were out of onion rings - at 6:30 in the evening. Not a giant problem but feel they should have told us when we ordered, if not comped extra tots or a mozzerella stick.
