Lousy service, incorrectly prepared order. Incompetent staff totally overwhelmed by very small crowd, many of whom appeared to be having an experience similar to mine.

I visited this location 8 20 17 at 115pm. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket and drink for 7.59 plus tax. Got to window and total was 9.52. I asked why and was told the gravy was 1 dollar extra if 1 bbq sauce was added. I explained that if the gravy was posted in the picture with the meal it should be included free. I was told the new owners made it this way. I ended up paying 801 because they felt bad that i had to wait 8min for the drive thru line to move. My point is that at least 1 bbq packet should be free and if gravy is shown in the picture for 7.59 then a consumer should not have to pay a dollar extra esp for a half filled gravy!!! Maybe a stupid review but this is an example of corporate greed and ripping ppl off like this is the reason i wont be back. Good day.
Used the drive through and the staff was very polite and friendly. Gave my two dogs free pup cups (small cup of ice cream). Food was good and fresh.
